Aren’t you amazed when one of your really smart friends, or really smart people on tv or in magazines throws out some idea or tidbit so obviously cool and interesting that you think “Why can’t I think of this. It’s so obvious.” I’ve noticed that lots of cool blogs usually have that same Ah Ha! moment. To showcase these conceptual jewels, here’s the first installment of Why Didn’t I Think To Make That Blog. Of course, if you find one of these great blogs, you’ll shoot them our way won’t you?

This blog comes straight from the mind of one of Carleton’s own, Hannah Waters. The premise is simple, whip your head back and forth while photographing it. Post it on the blog.
It’s that simple, but the results can range from the hilarious to the downright creepy. I never knew that the human face was that jelly-like and mold-able. While I realize that she’s in college, I do wish she could get more old people’s faces. Theirs seem to move around more easily and the folds and creases are like graph paper marking and measuring the distorting power of shaking yo face.
